The Teddy Bear
By Savannah Posada
Mommy said he will help me sleep at Night..
Mommy said he would scare the Demons away..
That he could be my guardian Angel..
Mommy Was WRONG..
The day mommy bought him was the day the little old innocent me had passed away..
Enjoyment and flush of relief had not once touched one nerve of my body...
The way he just sat there on my mommy’s lap was uncomforting...
The way he smiled was a way for him to say he is finally free...
His eyes were black as ebony.. No sign of good inside this teddy bear...
I was afraid.
As cold as the dead
Lonely as the grave
Dark as his eyes
I never felt so helpless
I cried so many nights
I had to hold my pillow tight
That Teddy Bear was always near me
I felt his hot unsteady breathing..
My heart never stopped beating
My inner conscious was continuously screaming
You can hear his chuckle by my ear
You can feel the cold bitterness of his glare...
His smile was the devil’s laughter
His touch was like consuming my innocence
His eyes had explained he’s ready
Ready to show me his darkest desires..
I couldn’t bare it
The feeling of hell was here
I was frightened and scared
I was imitated to do something..
Something that has never ever been done
I grabbed the teddy bear with no mercy
Jumped out of my bed without a second thought
He needs to be gone for good..
My skin was burning
As if he was ripping my flesh from within
I cried while grabbing the lighter
Grabbing the fuel..
Outside was cold..
Fresh and sweet..
But this teddy bear had brought darkness within me
Throwing the teddy bear on the ground
I saw it lying there..
Just lying there
He finally looked innocent
But I had no mercy..
Pouring the fuel over its body
Hearing his laugh surround in the wind
Lighting the lighter..
burning him to flames
The Teddy Bear was just smiling..
He slowly disintegrated into ash
A soft relief had flushed through my veins..
The teddy bear was gone…
But I felt something still there..
He never left....
But I felt something still there...

The human body is a breeding ground for microscopic monsters. Whether you know it or not, your flesh has been colonized by millions of bacteria. Right now there are mites living on your face and eating your dead skin. Look it up if you don’t believe me, though you may regret you did.Your soul attracts parasites as well on a mystical level instead of a microscopic one. Those things feed on on your existence. The only thing you can do about them is to know your body is getting harvested by parasites. You're just flesh and eventually you will dissolve and no one will remember you. In the case of Sam Grace, she was 14. On a normal day after school she decided to visit a hospital called Morning Wake. What she didn't know at the time was that the place was shut down after patients of different ages and problems started dying from their skin rotting into dismal flesh. After a month, Sam’s flesh started to fall off. No one has seen Sam since she disappeared on July 22, 1976. But it is rumored that she still roams the hospital this very day.

Petrified Wishes...
By Skylar Duron
Since we’ve met I’ve been afraid of you,
I don’t know if you came on too strong or the fact that you’re always there,
Whatever it is I just can’t be around you,
I’ve tried to run away from you,
But you’re always there,
You make me want to become invisible,
But we both know that’s humanly impossible,
Just stay away from me,
Because I know what you’re trying to do,
And I don’t want to be held captive by your dangerous ways,
For I am not as strong as I look,
Especially when it comes to this,
I’ve tried to be nice,
Yet you still come,
So stay away from me,
So I don’t have to scream
Shadow Vision
By Charlotte Pitt
Shadows crawl along tattered walls
Scrapes embroider window panes
Silent Shrieks ring out inside these hollow halls
Lights flicker as they whisper
They whisper to the dead
They whisper to those
Who are trapped inside their head.
Though you cannot see them,
They can always see you.
They are there when least expected,
They watch you in your sleep.
No one has ever known
What has happened to this place.
Because no one ever leaves.
